Hi, I’m Kristi, a veteran science teacher with more than 25 years of classroom experience. Like many teachers, I struggled to find an easy way to help students organize their thinking and write meaningful CER responses.

When I first started teaching CER, it felt messy and confusing. I spent years trying to find a straightforward way to help my students connect the dots between claim, evidence, and reasoning.
